More than 20 years’ experience in personal training and conditioning, Kinesiology (sports medicine), injury rehabilitation, and coaching. Have worked with more than 1,100 clients from Silicon Valley CEO’s, to middle school, high school and collegiate athletes and elite and professional athletes. Coordinate training plans with clients’ additional coaches, physical therapists and doctors. Most recent experience includes personal training and consulting at exclusive Bay Area & Scottsdale gyms and providing sports medicine for football as well as coaching track and field at the high school level.

  • Determine fitness objectives and goals including sport/event/season-based, on-going strength and core, and rehabilitation from injury or illness.
  • Develop, implement and maintain a customized fitness plan.
  • Provide injury prevention recommendations.
  • Provide support and coordination with doctors and physical therapists regarding pre / post-surgery and injury.
  • Provide nutrition and supplement recommendations


Clients include those suffering / recovering from stroke, back injury/surgery, joint problems, shoulder, knee, and ankle issues and concussions. Also work with clients who have degenerative diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, Parkinson’s, lupus, and dementia.
